![]() ![]() This mode may take quite some time depending on the size of your disk and the amount of information stored on it, but it is able to recover documents, pictures, databases, archives, emails and many other types of data a long time after they’ve been deleted. In this mode, the tool reads the entire disk surface and uses a number of heuristic, content-aware analysis techniques to detect known file formats by their characteristic signatures, calculate their exact physical location and finally recover from the disk. ![]() To help you recover information in complex scenarios, Uneraser™ employs the highly sophisticated Comprehensive analysis mode. In addition, the Quick mode won’t be much use if you formatted the disk (or flash drive, or memory card) as the file system will be empty after formatting. ![]() This mode is blazing fast, really, but it can miss certain data, especially if a file was deleted a long time ago. In Quick mode, Hetman Uneraser will scan the data in the file system, returning the list of recently deleted files in a few brief moments. There are two approaches to the recovery: Quick and Comprehensive. NTFS Recovery readily supports both 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows. The tool can be used in Windows XP / 20 Server / Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 and Windows 10. In fact, it shares the recovery engine with the much more expensive, professional tool Partition Recovery™. The data recovery software supports all versions of the NTFS and ReFS file systems including alternative data streams (ADS), compressed and encrypted files. You can then use that image to recover the files during the next step of the process.Uneraser™ may look simple, but it features a highly sophisticated data recovery engine under the hood. In addition, we offer an extra-safe recovery mode, allowing you to create a bit- precise image of the volume containing the missing data in one long read operation, thus minimizing the number of disk access operations and reducing the chance of accidental failure (this mostly applies to damaged and heavily worn hard drives). Similarly, when saving files being recovered, make sure to use an alternative storage device such as a different disk, a CD/DVD, or a USB drive.įAT Recovery™ is designed to work strictly in read-only mode to protect your lost data from being overwritten. Otherwise you might be facing the risk of irreversible loss of data. ![]() When downloading and installing FAT Recovery™, do NOT save or install the product onto the same disk that contains information to be recovered. Make sure to start the recovery process as soon as possible – but not before you fully understand all the necessary safety precautions. The complete safety of your information is our top priority. ![]()
